Include the useful details

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which browser or device you used. For privacy, do not email payment-card details, sign-in codes, or a private invitation link.

Payments and refunds

If your question is about a charge, include the email address used for Retelling and the approximate payment date. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Privacy and account data

You can export your stored story data or delete your account from Settings. For an access, correction, export, or deletion request that you cannot complete in the app, contact the support address above.
